Insertion Order (IO)
An insertion order, or “IO” is one of the final steps in the advertising proposal process. When an it is signed, it represents a commitment from us, Bluesumac, to run a campaign for our clients.
A Bluesumac IO will contain all the details surrounding the spend in order to avoid any confusion about what our client will be paying for. These details include the following for each line item that makes up the campaign:
- Start date
- End date
- Details on the Ad Unit; ie. specs, dimensions, etc.
- Impressions to be serve
- Pricing structure
- Total cost
Our insertion order also includes a spot for representatives of our client and Bluesumac to sign and date to confirm the agreement.
